SHIPPING POLICY

Items bought from the store are mailed within 5-7 business days of order. Custom items are mailed 5-7 business days after the receipt of the final payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

It is important to me that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact me to discuss the issue. You can return your item within 30 days in its original packaging and condition. If you want to return an item, contact me at LifeWhyspers@gmail.com and I will give you the proper mailing address for returns. You will be given a full refund (minus your shipping/handling costs), once your return arrives safely.
